Cashews have such a mild flavor. If you want the filo and butter to shine brighter than any of the different nut varieties available, cashew is the way to go.

Chuy's queso is a must. Rich and creamy with just the right amount of spices. Pair with Creamy Jalapeno and it's just magic. You might not need anything else.
