Perfect salt/acidity balance, fresh flavors, and just a touch smokey. I REALLY liked this salsa. Would like my own next time so I don't have to share.

Table side hacked. Even w/ the gobs of cilantro it was still great. So fresh. I really like the roasted (maybe?) tomatoes & use of Orange juice and Lime.

Choice of fresh bread or store bought tortilla, bread please, but then it's just a sandwich. :-) Out of turkey sausage, got pork/beef w/ & w/o jalapeno. Sausage a little tough.

Ample chopped brisket, a little dry though. Nice subtle smokey flavor. Soft pillowy bun, added mayo & pickles. Ask for buttered & toasted bun next time!

Recommend choosing moist end brisket, have ‘em fresh chop, on toasted Jalapeño Cheddar sour dough roll, w/ mayo & pickles. Needed no improvement at all to be pretty much perfect.

Burnt fatty "point" end. AMAZING. Thin sliced a nice slab, cross grain cut - delicate layers, rich buttery/beefiness, & the kind of mouthfeel that makes you close your eyes.
