Add a squeeze of lime to up the acidity a bit & these are perfect. Great for sharing or your whole meal. Beware though, they are messy to eat, juice drips everywhere.

Descent Philly. Needed a little more cheese or some sort of sauce to slop it up a bit. You want a hot mess. This was not that. Flavor good, meat tender, bread soft.

Consistency of bread pudding was dense & a bit rubbery. However, the buttery Bourbon sauce was sublime. Def made up some pts w/ that sauce.

Crawfish was completely lost. Tasted cheese & jalapeños more than anything. It was a fried thing w/ Ranch dipping sauce so generally not bad but also not amazing.

So many great things here but end result was bland. Grits weren’t detectably cheesy, shrimp & sauce bland even w/ peppers & sausage. No idea how this can be.

Biscuit AMAZING as usual. Crispy chicken & gotta love that bacon infused mayo. I find it hard to stray from the more standard Bird Bird Bacon, but this is great too.

Pesto was way too subtle for my taste, ravioli was al dente, and brisket could have been cooked a little longer, let that fat & connective tissue render more.

Turnips slightly cold & to be clear they are not fully cooked & have a slight horseradish flavor. Crust was amazing though butter crumbly & apricot sauce nice.
