So incredibly rich, deep flavors, salty, maybe a bit too salty, but still delicious. Rabbit was tender & melts in your mouth. Stewed veggies perfect & the dumplings are GREAT.

Beautiful presentation, so unique! Quail egg perfectly cooked, nest is crunchy & a good compliment. Maybe just a touch of salt would have amped up the flavors. Fairly mild.
