Holy cow, this is so stupidly good. A very basic dessert but expertly executed. The cream base is just the best vanilla ever & the chocolate ganache heavenly.

Beef is a little dry/tough, needs to be cooked at lower temp for longer IMO. Excellent fries! Accompanying Tahini sauce is unremarkable. Ask for Garlic sauce instead.

Chicken is tender, moist, & spiced well. Excellent fries! Ask for NO CILANTRO next time. The garlic sauce is great, get an extra for added dipping.
