The staff reported that it was rainbow trout. It was pink. Flavorless. Farm-raised salmon? Three points for the delicious, red sauce. (Chinook= best salmon)

I tried 4 flavors while in town. Pistachio. Stracciatella. Hazelnut. Cream vanilla. All delicious! Pistachio and Hazelnut were quite extraordinary. Best pistachio I’ve ever had.

The mushrooms are so fresh and delicious in Italy. At my request, they made this pizza after eating our prescribed “pizza festival”, & it was the favorite for most of your group.
