Great simple flavor, very crunchy & crispy in places. Outstanding tomato chutney for dipping. Simple dish but done really nicely.

Thick sticky sweet tangy sauce, crispy fried cauliflower. Just a little on the sour side, maybe a touch too much vinegar? BIG pieces of cauliflower threw off breading ratio.

Surprising how good a plain Dosa with rendered butter can be. Excellent dipping sauces. Especially like the tomato based sauce, rich & creamy.

Exterior coating more dry than expecting. Chicken is reasonably moist. Does not come w/ Tamarind chutney - ask for it. I need that tart saltiness to add what’s missing IMO.
