Gross and gross. Flavor? Pretty good but overshadowed by pinkish juice slop over my fingers. The goal to resemble fake blood meat ? No vegetarian I know would want that yuck.

Looked yum, tasted awful. At first bite β€œsomething is very wrong”. Flavorless and odd. Gelatinous yuck gravy was cardboardy. IKEA was worth 2 hour drive South for a redo.

Really great bites! Appetizer but filling enough for a main + side salad like I did. Spicy chipotle, sautΓ©d onion, and brie. Yum!

I like the sweet lemon sauce and it goes well with the avocado. Not my favorite but still pretty good.

Yummy! Not any veggies, but that’s ok. The brith was so good, generous and bright green basil, cilantro and lots of bean sprouts. Tofu was perfectly cooked. Miles of noodles!

As an aficionado of reubens, I can say with certainty that this is by far one of the best in Salem. Dressings and salads are fresh.

Yum! Delicious quality. They added chopped pickles for me! Also the nicest staff!! When I mentioned it was my first visit, they explained all the things and the hot sauce bar!

Heavenly meaty orbs in delicate gravy with lingonberries (of course) aside a fluffy pillow of mashed potatoes, topped with fresh herbs. Perhaps tarragon? Delightful.

Great tempura-fried roll with cream cheese and avocado and imitation crab. Delicious spicy and sweet sauce on top makes it best of both worlds.

Really hearty and delicious especially on a chilly day. Sauce is hard to beat and I can’t make it at home. Add the tempeh! Parking is not ideal but still worth the trip.
