Per menu- decadent; rich, creamy texture of mousse; peanut butter; buttery, crumbly crust. All untrue.

The staff reported that it was rainbow trout. It was pink. Flavorless. Farm-raised salmon? Three points for the delicious, red sauce. (Chinook= best salmon)
