A very dry Biryani, spiced well. Lots of layers to flavor. Goat was underwhelming, mostly bones & gristle w/ very little meat at all. What meat that was there was good though.

Really great flavor, very rich. Sauce was pretty hot w/ heat that builds quickly. Chicken was at times very overcooked w/ tough bits. Cooked too quickly at too high temp maybe.

Delicious lightly battered, fried fish in a wonderful sauce. Heat was good. Sauce was layered w/ lots of great spices. Def getting this again!
