Good, flavors all fairly mild. I wouldn’t call the onions caramelized as they are just translucent. Needed a bit more time in pan to get that rich brown caramelization.

Love the ratio of crunchy golden-fried breading to still crisp dill spears. And the Ranch is excellent. Make sure you order an extra ranch to start w/.

Their croissant dough is super bready. Not flaky at all. Hard to do flaky GF, so be warned. Chocolate was good. Not bad w/ a little added butter.

I really enjoyed the first few I ate. But I realized it needed something, maybe salt, or maybe some salty/sour capers. Good, but enjoyment wore off quickly.

The salty mushrooms make these really great. Their bread recipe lends itself perfectly to mini quiches. Definitely get these again.

A pie slice, very thin, flavor ok but texture was not smooth or silky. Was grainy & subtly rubbery. Skip this.

Crispy griddle fried cheese/chicken filled quesadillas, what not to like? Chicken has good seasoning, cheese was ample, tortilla was buttery & crisp.

Tomatillo sauce heat builds to uncomfortable levels. Soon all flavors fade away. Everything else great. Starting to think Maudie’s tomatillo sauce is just too much for my taste.

The Ranchero sauce added too much heat. Their cheese enchiladas are rich, creamy but flavor is subtle & gets blasted out quickly w/ too much heat.

Still the same after 40 years. Great as it is or use as an ingredient in other dishes.
