Served in 2 steps. You eat the base of the leaves (w/yummy dijon vinaigrette)/ then they take the heart for the chef to prepare w/a gribiche topping (mild, salty- like egg salad)

Very creamy as the name says. Mild flavor. I liked the flaky cheese pastry on top that added some nice texture. (Ordered soup as side dish w/quiche )
