Excellent crispy salty chips. Trudy's is out of biz but green salsa pretty close. Tart, tangy tomatillo based. Order extra & apply liberally. Red a bit smokey and also great. - Fritz (Austin, Texas)

Also filled (generously) w/Queso panela, pepita, Swiss chard. Mole verde, crema. Jasmine rice and black beans. Delicious filling! Pepper was pretty crunchy- I like more cooked. - SweetTooth (Austin, TX)

Large shrimp, a bit overcooked & rubbery. Seasoning is excellent though & the enchiladas are pretty good. Adobo sauce really makes the dish. Pity shrimp are lackluster. - Fritz (Austin, Texas)
