Good salt & acidity, heat maybe 7/10, with a rich smokey (maybe Ancho) pepper flavor. Not your common red salsa.

Very fatty & moist. Needed salt to bring out the subtle flavors. Lime was a good addition. Neither salsa really complimented.

Pork had a rich flavor, seasoned/salted well. No gristle or excessive fat. Lime & the Green Salsa worked really well!

Smelled & sorta tasted like scented deer protein feed, to me anyway. Raspberries in a smoothie is a terrible idea due to seeds. Not my fav so I'll keep trying stuff.

Wasn't all that hot when served, but still good. Enjoyed the whole slices of pickled jalapenos, creamy texture, & rich flavor. Good chips too.

Been about 15 year, still the same! Crispy breading, lip/tongue burning hell fire hot (temp) mushrooms, & great Ranch for dipping. Slow down & wait to cool you say, nope!

Deconstructed Fajita Chicken burrito sans tortilla. Fresh ingredients, ample chicken w/ mild spices. Ordered w/ Mango dressing - was GREAT on everything. Generous portion.

Breading crispy, descent cream gravy, needs salt though. Avg potatoes, soggy green beans. Texas Toast nice for sopping up extra gravy.

The battered fried Mahi was uninspired. Not much breading or flavor. Toppings were great but really needed the Mahi to be more than a generic fried white fish.

Good pork carnitas, topping similar to street corn - so great in that regard. Diablo sauce was a little hot & blasted out flavors. Used Poblano Cream instead & spritz of lime.
