I would call this Lemon Glazed Pound Cake and that would be a 9 or maybe even 10. "Bread" evokes a different expectation that works against this I think.

Good cake, nice flavors, good crumb & texture. Icing almost there but not quite. Had a hybrid texture between cream cheese & butter cream. Standard cream cheese what I wanted.

If I didn't know it was GF, I'm not sure I would have noticed. Bread was pillowy, ample cheese, good sausage, & right amount of fresh jalapeño heat. Heated up in oven perfectly.

Smelled & sorta tasted like scented deer protein feed, to me anyway. Raspberries in a smoothie is a terrible idea due to seeds. Not my fav so I'll keep trying stuff.
