Brisket melts in your mouth, excellent variety of fresh fixin's PLUS those made-in-front-of-your-face tortillas are pretty spectacular. Talk about an enormous portion too!

Start w/ their delicious brisket, have ‘em fresh chop, on toasted Jalapeño Cheddar sour dough roll, w/ mayo & pickles. Needed no improvement at all to be perfect.

Best beans anywhere. Pretty consistently amazing & I'm not even a big fan of beans. A little spice and rich w/ depth of flavor from bacon lardons and meat drippings, etc.

Their noodle bowls are pretty great, love the noodles, fish sauce, & fresh veggies. Shrimp weren't all that fresh this visit though. Might try something else next time.

Excellent Filet, broth, noodles, but flavors are quite delicate. Probably need to add a little salt next time. Fresh veggies. Warm, hearty, & comforting.

The pork is sliced thin but it's roasted and fairly flavorless. Was expecting grilled & spiced (a little). Overall, not bad, just not amazing. Try shrimp next time.
