Beef was tender but also still had quite a bit of snap. Sauce good but needed more. Plain rice. Salad good but dressing didn't stand out in any way.

Small shrimp, but fresh. Sauce needed some salt to bring out the very mild flavors. Not terribly rich or flavorful. Ok, but will try other dishes next time.

It's been a decade...still AMAZING! Sweet caramelized apples w/ their eggy German pancake batter. Kinda like an Apple Bread Pudding. Enormous, easily shareable, but why share!?!
