Almost no flavor. Even after adding salt, this was pretty flavorless. A far cry from any TX potato salad.

Not exactly traditional Navy beans - seems like mostly Pinto & Red. BC of this bean change, texture was more grainy overall. Sweet but slightly different flavor profile.

Creamy & rich. Noodles don't hold up long though (probably mostly rice) so has a mushy mouth feel w/ little snap to noodles. Creamy cheese sauce is thick & satisfying though.
