I love goat cheese and was excited that the omelet was generously filled! The salad was a refreshing side. Some spice added to the goat cheese could be good.

Enjoy the creaminess of avocado and sauce. Prefer with queso topping though. Good beans with bacon flavor and rice for sides.

W/Garlic parmesan bagel. Enjoyed combo of salty bacon w/creamy smashed avocado and flavorful lime poblano scallion spread. (Hubby brought me half- made great breakfast next day.)
