Tamale is pretty mild & as such, the taco overall is not bland, but def needs some salsa & salt to help it out. Maybe some Chili con Carne on the side next time to add richness?

Orange flavor almost undetectable. Chicken was a little overcooked but that made batter crunchy which was good. Sauce was sweet & tangy. Nice lunch portion w/ optional sides.

Had maybe some cilantro & chicken in this rich creamy mac. It was oddly a little sour, intentionally I think, but unexpected.
