Not nearly as tart as I’d like. It needs some extra Lime I think to make it pop. As is, it’s a bit unremarkable.

My favorite! Barbacoa is so rich and oily and just melts in your mouth. Fresh onions & avocado good. Get Poblano Cream sauce instead – much better.
