Rendered chicken fat from the chicken & fried onions added a richness the Veg version was missing. Same great spices though.

Judging by bright color I was hoping for some heat, a spicy kick, but more mild. Not a lot of flavor either. Good dipped in other sauces.

Best dish I tried that day. Got a 2nd much larger helping. Added a little lime juice & salt to amp up flavors. Good heat, nice sauce, tasty chicken.
