Great spiced rich savory filling spills out of these steamed buns. Good balance of flavors, excellent dipping sauce too. A lot of bun to filling but dipping sauce compensates.

Lots of great stuff all mingled in there. Steak cut into small pieces that allow you to take a bite & not pull whole thing apart, seasoned well. Fresh avocado. Great side sauce!

A bit on the bland side. Make sure to add Lime & potentially get extra, AND salt (not on the table so ask). W/ mods good enough to finish it all. As it arrives, not impressive.
