Their croissant dough is super bready. Not flaky at all. Hard to do flaky GF, so be warned. Chocolate was good. Not bad w/ a little added butter.

Very bready, and even after microwaving was still like a (mostly) hard sponge. Maybe I should have split in half and added butter! Also, too sweet? Icing was spot on.

Good, flavors all fairly mild. I wouldn’t call the onions caramelized as they are just translucent. Needed a bit more time in pan to get that rich brown caramelization.

A little heavy on the nutmeg or maybe ginger but was very moist and dense. The icing appears to be scant but actually complimented w/ just right amount of sweetness.
