Queso is likely a roux base, doesn't really give that creamy diary feel. Good for SA & certainly not bad. Likely skip this next time. Just get White Sauce & call it good.

A bit soggy, crisp doesn't hold up long. Maybe get gravy on the side? Gravy had a Mornay sauce feel to it, almost like a cheese sauce. Descent, but stick to the Mexican food!

Standard by which all "Walnut Shrimp" are measured. Just the BEST, fresh shrimp, crispy batter, sweet sticky sauce & those candied walnuts are excellent. Truly, my fav anywhere!

Absolutely LOVE this soup! Broth is rich & salty, so many dumplings, filling is pork & shrimp, just the best. Seems like too much but you just keep eating it's so enjoyable.

Quite a nice smattering of fresh seafood. Does indeed come out sizzling like fajitas. Sauce was good but it could have been just a bit thicker, stickier IMO.

Superb! Love sprinkled toppings add extra salty flavors. Could have happily eaten this all by myself. Delicious sauce too, salty, rich, umami & szechwan pepper keeps it mild.

Nice mix of fresh seafood. Scallops good and ample shrimp. No heat at all to the dish. Brown sauce is a sweet almost Teriyaki and works great w/ everything. Veggies fresh too!
