Just a best! Tuna is so tender it melts in your mouth. Clean, fresh flavor. Texture great w/ no stringy tendons.

Fish was very fresh, great texture, & good flavor. Gave it an 8 because Hamachi on the whole isn’t my favorite especially when compared to the Tuna or Salmon.

Outstanding. Really fresh, texture was tender with just a touch more body than the Maguro (Blue Fin Tuna). Beautiful color too. Just all around great.

Never tried Thread Cake. Cake was super moist & fluffy. Icing was like a more dense whipped cream, so amazing. Threads had definite texture on tongue but melted away quickly.

I like Green Tea. Tea was strong! Cake was super moist, nice crumb, and light almost like sponge cake. Icing was so creamy & delicious. Not too heavy & clean finish on tongue.

If expecting Twinkies, don't. Cake is much more dense, a bit grainy, w/ good flavor, & filling is more like a crystallized butter cream & less like whipped cream (expected).

An Eggo Waffle (or equivalent) on a taco. About what you'd expect. I didn't taste the Maple Syrup at all. Not sure if that would have made much difference.
