Tuna is ground, not whole. Tuna is super fresh though. The ground tuna & rice get a little lost while chewing & most of your texture comes from the seaweed wrapper.

Battered shrimp had a nice crunch & flavor, slaw was crisp. I think the sauce has a little smokey flavor that didn’t pair that well for me. Needed a little zing.

The battered fried Mahi was uninspired. Not much breading or flavor. Toppings were great but really needed the Mahi to be more than a generic fried white fish.
