SUPER rich chocolate. Very dense & really good. Needs more of that house-made Butterscotch though & a big glass of Milk!

Good, a little on sweet side for my taste. Pineapple nice addition but probably part of "sweet" issue. Crispy wanton wrappers were excellent dipped in their sweet & sour sauce.
8
Pillowy/foamy like steamed bao buns, tasty grilled pork (as option), good complimentary sauces & crisp tangy Đồ Chua. Dip it all in their awesome fish sauce (not included).

Tenderized like w/ Baking Soda. Rich & warm flavors, a little heavy on Cumin & light on the Lemongrass. Love that fish sauce on the side, put it on everything!
9
Super tender, deliciously marinated beef melts in mouth. Sweet & savory, salty w/ rich Umami flavors. Over rice & eaten w/ the banchan (반찬), very satisfying. Will def get again.

Delicious! Hot stone bowl is on fire & really does scorch & burn rice in bottom. Beef is tender & marinated to perfection. Apply Gochujang sauce & banchan (반찬) liberally! :-)

Oh. My. Goodness. Soooo rich, creamy, salty, sausagey, mushroomy, cheesy - all the things I love. This was a very delicious/comforting dish.

Pasta was perfect, but needed more Lemon flavor, oil is too mild. Also the Ricotta, as it’s just plain unflavored, adds very little. Was expecting the tartness of a goat cheese.

Required a LOT of salt to bring out the super subtle flavors. Rich & creamy, but just didn’t quite do it for me. I love mushrooms & Truffle oil so was disappointed a bit.

Rich but not terribly flavorful. Needed salt. Ham & peas are an ok combo but just didn't do it for me. I think it distracted from the sauce and fresh pasta.
