Was not a big fan. The filling had the slight taste & smell of vulcanized rubber - a bit like sulfur. Otherwise, bun itself is great. Will try different filling next time.

Filling is like a very dense heavy whipping cream kind of Vanilla Ice Cream. Exterior is similar to the old fashioned Cake/Wafer cones in texture & flavor. Just the best!!

Fairly moist cake, the cream layer is a firm-ish vanilla pudding (maybe) layer, and the Chocolate is not terribly strong or sweet so it all works really well together.

Lobster is very fresh but made into a cold salad w/ just mayo & served on some plain toast didn’t really do much for me. I think I’ll stick w/ Lobster Rolls, heated up w/ butter.

Steak absolutely melts in your mouth & Bernaise sauce is perfect compliment. Excellent crispy fries could have used more garlic & Parmesan bc I love that so much. Cooked perfectly!
