Snow Peas are super tender & very fresh. Tofu really soaks up rich savory sauce. One of the last dishes to hit the table, so....full... but muscled through to enjoy this dish.

Sauce is a bit like Southern brown gravy...so a little tame & maybe somewhat out of place. Fresh shrimp & broccoli is good though. Not spicy in the least.

DELICIOUS! Fresh cucumber is so crisp & crunchy - married w/ spicy chili oil, garlic, I presume soy sauce or maybe just salt - it just works. Could have made this my meal.

I couldn't stop eating this. So crunchy, salty, spicy. Didn't get much of the szechuan pepper flavor but it's there minimally. Seriously addictive popcorn style chicken.

Really tender beef & a nice sauce. Those longhorn peppers do build up on you though. But peppers have a really nice very strong "Pepper" flavor, not spicy heat I'm talking about.

Was not a big fan. The filling had the slight taste & smell of vulcanized rubber - a bit like sulfur. Otherwise, bun itself is great. Will try different filling next time.

OMG, heat on this was INTENSE & kept building on me - & I like heat. Noodles, great vehicle for sauce, pork sausage really good, & veggies are fresh. Tone down spice next time.
