Order w/ Queso for Sauce. EXCELLENT. So deliciously cheesy, lots of moist tender pulled chicken, & that fried flour tortilla is just the best. Def one of my all time favs here.

Absolute ICON of a sauce. Ask for it! Dip chips, slather it on your meal. I could make a meal of just chips & Creamy Jalapeño sauce. Addictive w/ balanced heat/salt/acidity.

Mostly sweet which works for this flavor. Creamy center w/ hint of vanilla. The caramelized sugar top adds the right amount of slightly burned flavor that's needed. I like.

I don't think they use an egg wash step. Golden brown breading is immediately pasty, flour absorbs H2O w/o egg, lending a mushy mouth feel. Flavor ok, but texture is pretty bad.

Very watery consistency, more like thin cheese soup. Good flavor though, creamy, added some salt. Gets thicker upon cooling but then you're eating cold queso.
