Only docked pt cause Dosa was a bit chewy. Otherwise, flavors/spices/filling excellent. Different presentation than other places as well maybe why chewy?

Pork had a wonderful flavor & not in the least gristly. Added a fried egg but forgot to order w/o cilantro! Ugh. Bread is amazing on it's own. Perfectly satisfying as is.
