Blueberry - My fav pastry here so far! Surprisingly generous amt of yummy filling & jam. Maybe just a touch on the sweet side, was hoping jam would be a bit more sour to balance. - Fritz (Austin, Texas)

Good cake, nice flavors, good crumb & texture. Icing almost there but not quite. Had a hybrid texture between cream cheese & butter cream. Standard cream cheese what I wanted. - Fritz (Austin, Texas)

I would call this Lemon Glazed Pound Cake and that would be a 9 or maybe even 10. "Bread" evokes a different expectation that works against this I think. - Fritz (Austin, Texas)

Ok, sweet on top of sweet on top of sweet here. However, a pretty good GF donut as the foundation. Good texture, flavor, & even crumb. - Fritz (Austin, Texas)

Donut is far too thick & dense. Great creamy vanilla pudding filling but just not enough to balance the dough. Hollow out 60% and bump up filling & you'll have it. - Fritz (Austin, Texas)
