Lots of good ingredients, but flavor is a little dull. Snow crab & crawfish lost a bit. I could taste sauces & feel textures but I wanted more from this namesake roll. - Fritz (Austin, Texas)

Lettuce was super fresh & crunchy. They tossed the lettuce & dressing so dressing was evenly distributed. I appreciate that. Save extra dressing for sushi! - Fritz (Austin, Texas)
