Pork was a little dry & could have been more tender. Presentation nice, flavor good. Def add the lime, avocado, & a dash of salt.

Eggs w/ Ketchup takes me back to childhood. Might swap out poppy seed bagel for another next time. Good & quite the value I think @ 1/2 the cost of most other bagel sandwiches.

The Meringue was so light & fluffy! Coconut filling had a "matte" mouth feel - not grainy, but not silky smooth. Good flavor. Nice, slightly salty, crust to compliment.
