Mostly sweet which works for this flavor. Creamy center w/ hint of vanilla. The caramelized sugar top adds the right amount of slightly burned flavor that's needed. I like.

I don't think they use an egg wash step. Golden brown breading is immediately pasty, flour absorbs H2O w/o egg, lending a mushy mouth feel. Flavor ok, but texture is pretty bad.

One of my fav dishes in general. Sauce lacks acidity. Was hoping for that tangy tart pop of a bright sweet sauce. Good but not great. Fresh cauliflower.

Rich & creamy sauce but lacks acidity. Tomatoes usually add tartness, but here super mild. Chicken is tender but not terribly flavorful. Too safe, next time be adventurous.
