Great basic dish. Love the broad rice noodles & sweet brown sauce. Protein of choice or none, good pretty much any way you like.

Some good spice to it. Enjoyed the noodles and copious onions & bell peppers. Added some leftover cucumber sauce to add a touch of sweet.

Shrimp fresh, breading crisp, & coconut flavor was great. Save the sweet sauce from the Satay for better dipping results. Tuna sauce is great but can overpower delicate coconut.

Got it on a Sope. The meat & toppings were pretty great. The Sope was thick, hard to cut, & kinda distracted. Next time, I'm getting a taco!
