Quite tasty! I’m guessing they fry the spouts to get that very homogeneous consistency. Every leaf perfectly crispy, garlicky, & LOVE that truffle aioli! Get extra of course.

Brisket MELTS in your mouth it's so moist, fat is perfectly rendered. Delicious. Nice subtle smokey flavor. Good salt. No sauce needed. Just wish I had gotten more!

Not mustard based, sour pickles, with lots of green onions. Hate to say this, but might have been a little on the tart side even for me. Quite good though. Ate every bite.
