Excellent fresh salsa, not too hot, needs a little salt though as the chips aren't salted. Chips are super crispy & fresh though. Easy to eat several baskets.

Excellent Cheese Enchiladas, cheese is a bit more elastic vs gooey - holds its shape when warm. Crunchy beef tacos w/ ample beef. Ordered w/o lettuce or tomato.

I don't think they use an egg wash step. Golden brown breading is immediately pasty, flour absorbs H2O w/o egg, lending a mushy mouth feel. Flavor ok, but texture is pretty bad.

Excellent. Fries battered & crisp stand on their own. Pork belly melt in your mouth. Then add hoisin sauce, sriracha, & garlic aioli - magic. Double all sauces next time.

Asked for no lettuce/tomatoes - not what I got. Had it been correct, easily a 10 every time. Love the beans, cheese, & beef in the pillowy soft shell. Take me back to my youth.
