Staff recommended - glad they did! Not a splashy dish but just warm & comforting. Love the lime & fish sauce that add a little acidity. Crab was fresh & buttery. Enough for 2.

Fat was a bit rubbery, but totally worth it. Overall flavor, excellent. Crisp fried shallots were delicious. Wasn’t a fan of sauce, smokey w/ hints of BBQ. Didn’t match pork.

Shrimp was very fishy, either old or farm raised. Nothing like fresh gulf shrimp. Rest was good but bad shrimp pretty much steal the spotlight.

There’s a LOT going on here & unfortunately it all overwhelms the Queso which is the best part. Just get normal Queso next time!
