Cake is dense, a bit grainy, w/ good chocolate flavor. Filling is a more like a crystallized butter cream & less like whipped cream (expected). Probably because it's Vegan.

Really fresh calamari, crispy seasoned, utterly delicious batter fried excellence. Dipping sauce bit hot for some so perhaps have them tone it down next time. Still firmly a 10.

Spendy but GREAT! Beef is so incredibly tender coupled w/ pepper bark gives the feel of Tuna Tataki. Outstanding salad & assorted pickled veggies. Hot sauce, nice kick.

Mostly amazing w/ some (unfortunate) bits of rather dry/tough pork belly. Salty, sweet, tangy, & that crispy egg is great mixed in. Ample portion too. Would try again.

Beef is a little dry/tough, needs to be cooked at lower temp for longer IMO. Excellent fries! Accompanying Tahini sauce is unremarkable. Ask for Garlic sauce instead.
