Their crispy Regular Bacon & Pineapple hits all the right notes. That salty bacon & sweet/tart pineapple just sing together. Couple with gooey Provel and it's perfection.

Crust, sauce, & Provel make them all taste great. Sausage has a nice mild flavor & good moist consistency. Skip the black olives next time, weren't terribly fresh.

With House Dressing - delicious. Love the tart tangy thick house vinaigrette with the crisp lettuce and chopped assorted meats. Gobs of Provel cheese was the icing on the cake!

Chocolate & Butterscotch blend together, both flavors kinda lost. Pecans ok, not rich flavorful TX pecans. Overall, good.

You take chocolate, awesome, and add Pistachios, also awesome, and somehow it’s less than the sum of its parts. Ok, but not as amazing as anticipated.

Chocolate & PB - good combo for sure. The cone pieces where a little odd, hard to describe texture. Almost like lots of soggy cornflakes. As a whole, still pretty good though.

Very good. It could have used a touch more pineapple for my taste but next time I’ll just ask for more.

Concrete - mint was a little understated for my taste. Was expecting something akin to Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream, it was MUCH more mellow. Maybe ask for more mint next time?

Taste was excellent, but starting to realize I'm not a fan of nuts in my ice cream. Also the Raspberry seeds were really distracting. Down side of fresh Raspberries I know.

Blueberry & Lemon are a good combo & the occasional Graham Cracker piece fit nicely. Could maybe stand to be a bit more tart/lemony?
