Tomatillo sauce heat builds to uncomfortable levels. Soon all flavors fade away. Everything else great. Starting to think Maudie’s tomatillo sauce is just too much for my taste.

The Ranchero sauce added too much heat. Their cheese enchiladas are rich, creamy but flavor is subtle & gets blasted out quickly w/ too much heat.

Still the same after 40 years. Great as it is or use as an ingredient in other dishes.

Chicken was a bit rubbery. Mushrooms were good, lemon butter sauce was great, get extra. Mashed potatoes were average but that asparagus was BAD, old, stringy.

Really nice combo of juices and liquor; sweet, tart, and smooth. Pretty too.

Pasta was perfect, but needed more Lemon flavor, oil is too mild. Also the Ricotta, as it’s just plain unflavored, adds very little. Was expecting the tartness of a goat cheese.

Oh. My. Goodness. Soooo rich, creamy, salty, sausagey, mushroomy, cheesy - all the things I love. This was a very delicious/comforting dish.

Accumulating heat builds at the tip of tongue. After a few bites, hard to taste anything. Pulled Chicken is moist, tomatillo sauce is mostly just hot. Rice & beans standard.

Pork had a rich flavor, seasoned/salted well. No gristle or excessive fat. Lime & the Green Salsa worked really well!

Very fatty & moist. Needed salt to bring out the subtle flavors. Lime was a good addition. Neither salsa really complimented.
