Queso is likely a roux base, doesn't really give that creamy diary feel. Good for SA & certainly not bad. Likely skip this next time. Just get White Sauce & call it good.

Small shrimp, but fresh. Sauce needed some salt to bring out the very mild flavors. Not terribly rich or flavorful. Ok, but will try other dishes next time.

I like the candied pecans & raspberry walnut vinaigrette. I like Gorgonzola as well but it didn’t quite fit on this salad. Maybe something more mild like goat cheese…

Little too sweet, not quite sour enough either, & I do like some spice (really none here at all). Still…quite good, filling, warming. Fresh veggies better than I expected.

What can I say, it’s a pretty descent Red Velvet donut. I’m likely not a good judge cause I’ve never understood the appeal. If you like Red Velvet, you’ll probably dig it!

Again, flavor are pretty subtle here. Apricot is already a super mild flavor. If there was any tartness from the Orange, it would have helped immensely.

Exterior coating more dry than expecting. Chicken is reasonably moist. Does not come w/ Tamarind chutney - ask for it. I need that tart saltiness to add what’s missing IMO.

Super mild flavors overall, cumin comes through though. The heat builds and builds and builds on you quickly. Not sure what was "stuffed" about this. Just flaming eggplant.
