Burnt fatty "point" end. AMAZING. Thin sliced a nice slab, cross grain cut - delicate layers, rich buttery/beefiness, & the kind of mouthfeel that makes you close your eyes.

Ok sandwich, but not a fan of sauced up chopped brisket strings. You really miss out on actual flavor of their delicious brisket. Skip this "pre-made" and ask for fresh chopped.

Brisket was so moist & tender. Just melts in your mouth. The butter toasted cheddar jalapeno bun is great too. Add mayo & pickles & perfection is achieved!

Flavor was good. But whole Blackberries in ice cream isn't great b/c lots of seeds in your teeth. Also, ice cream had ice crystals as if the ice cream thawed & re-froze.

Wonderful carnitas. Pork was slow roasted, rich w/ rendered fat, & salty. Ask for limes. Server brought a Tomatillo(?) & mild green Bell Pepper(?) sauce that paired perfectly.
