Good, flavors all fairly mild. I wouldn’t call the onions caramelized as they are just translucent. Needed a bit more time in pan to get that rich brown caramelization. - Fritz (Austin, Texas)

The salty mushrooms make these really great. Their bread recipe lends itself perfectly to mini quiches. Definitely get these again. - Fritz (Austin, Texas)

I really enjoyed the first few I ate. But I realized it needed something, maybe salt, or maybe some salty/sour capers. Good, but enjoyment wore off quickly. - Fritz (Austin, Texas)

Pronounced yeast flavor, fairly dry bread like texture, mild chocolate, & not very sweet. - Fritz (Austin, Texas)

Their croissant dough is super bready. Not flaky at all. Hard to do flaky GF, so be warned. Chocolate was good. Not bad w/ a little added butter. - Fritz (Austin, Texas)

Donuts here used to be VERY yeasty but this was much more mild. A very good GF yeast donut. I recommend microwaving for 10-15 sec. Good real coconut flavor as well. - Fritz (Austin, Texas)

A little heavy on the nutmeg or maybe ginger but was very moist and dense. The icing appears to be scant but actually complimented w/ just right amount of sweetness. - Fritz (Austin, Texas)

Cookie a little more dense than a standard sugar cookie but descent. The lemon filling is very tart and sweet. - Fritz (Austin, Texas)

Looks flaky but is super bready. Moist but dense. Not croissant like so be warned. Got 2, 1st had pitiful amount of custard. Candy pearls are plentiful & hard on the teeth. - Fritz (Austin, Texas)
