    Slight pretzel flavor so not likely from NaOH. Very crumbly, and course pretzel salt just hydrates & absorbs. Not sure if GF pretzels can be made to match G versions. - Fritz (Austin, Texas)

    Ube flavor was spot on. Cheesecake about 80% perfectly baked. Towards outside crust just a bit overcooked. Otherwise, silky smooth, great sweetness and flavor. - Fritz (Austin, Texas)
