Not in the least sour or lemony at all. Kinda sweet? Grainy rice texture. No detectable Dill. Maybe these are some other style? Either way, not a fan at all.

A little sour, like the eggplant version of sauerkraut. Just a touch smokey. Add a little salt & it's pretty tasty on their warm toasted pita.

EXPERTLY cooked Salmon, melt in your mouth good, excellent buttery glaze. Broccoli & tomatoes good, but Salmon stole the show. Could have eaten another portion & skipped veggies!

A very good guacamole, a little heavy on the cilantro IN the guac not just on top. Sweet potato chips an interesting deviation that worked well. Too $$$ IMO.

Lot of hype, was good, but didn't quite live up to expectation. Also not as crispy as I'd have liked. They should serve w/ side of pure Maple syrup for dipping!

Really enjoyed the thin sliced pork with its seasoning/glaze. Comes w/ delicious lemon grass sauce & don't forget to add the on table Fish Sauce liberally.

Above avg Dosa & filling was excellent. Sauces were not that punchy & left a little to be desired. Used the Dosa to dip in the various dishes instead of Nan, was delicious.

SO good! Love the hint of Star Anise & the pickled Mango was amazingly AWESOME. Goat was ok, next time try Chicken or Shrimp instead - likely a perfect 10 then. NO Cilantro!
