MUCH better than expected. Delicious, lots of bacon, fresh veggies, sweet potato chunks Al dente. A pretty big deviation from my usual fare here but I will def get this again!

Chose Chorizo instead of Sausage per menu option. Maybe order w/o fresh Serrano peppers & w/ extra cheese next time? Ample flavorful chorizo.

DELICIOUS, rich, creamy. Only docked a pt because the "to go" portion was pretty small. Will DEF try again at the Restaurant, assume the portion will be a bit larger.

Chipotle sauce is slightly smokey, not spicy hot, chicken is moist, & there are lots of fajita style sautéed onions. Wasn't planning on eating whole dish but just kept eating.

Chorizo had a dry crumbly texture almost like beef. Seemed a bit odd. Good flavor but not quite what I was expecting.

Lot of snap & then sausage falls apart into a mouth full of meaty/fatty pearls? Weird texture, like somehow cooked too fast AND too slow. Not sure how they achieved. Good flavor

Falls apart, a bit oily from rendered fat, but then also somehow a bit dry in the mouth feel? Pleasant light smokey flavor. No salt added, so...add some salt & that helps a bit.
