Idli was very plain unflavored rice pillows that were good for dipping. Vada was good but needed a vinegar based chutney to better enjoy. Very plain. Nice crispy exterior.

Since the dough is steamed it was a bit chewy in a way I wasn't terribly fond of. Good flavors through & tasty chutneys. A LOT of filling food. Good for sharing.

Tender eggplant in that sweet, tangy, sour, spicy sauce is always a crowd-pleaser even if you don't like eggplant. Pork does add a little extra richness but doesn't need it.

BEST tofu dish anywhere! Battered & fried to crispy perfection & whatever spices/seasoning they use are just amazing. Salty & rich, crunchy. Don't like tofu? You'll like this!

Crunchy thick breading, absolutely coated in Red Pepper flakes. Spicy for sure but also rich & flavorful, good shrimp, enjoyed by all! Nix the cilantro!

Tender beef, shredded, crunchy crispy battered fried, & tossed in that Orange sauce - dang! So sweet & tangy, rich & satisfying. Only issue is we needed 2x orders for the table!
